About
Erin Garner-Ford spent fifteen years working in the nonprofit sector. Eight of those years were spent in the position of the Executive Director of an organization located in the Central Valley of California. Garner-Ford has experience in organizational and program development, legislative policy, and grassroots advocacy. Born and raised in the Central Valley of California, Garner-Ford is uniquely positioned to support local and rural non-profits to achieve their goals and meaningfully partner to advance their missions. She is passionate about social and gender justice.

15+ years in non-profit organizational development roles, and 8 of those years in the role of Executive Director of a non-profit
15 years of fundraising experience including grant writing and grassroots fundraising efforts
10+ years experience in the implementation and design of youth programming including the development of curriculum
10+ years experience in policy and legislative advocacy engagement
7 collective years of volunteer Board of Directors experience
5+ years of action-oriented, policy-relevant, and community engaged research
Nearly 20 years of engagement in gender and reproductive justice issues and advocacy
Written and published work including program curriculum, advocacy guides, articles, and opinion editorials
